抹茶和紅荳永遠是最佳拍擋

來個日系甜点
材料:(3寸蛋糕模份量)
1. 消化餅20g
2. 無鹽牛油10g
3. 魚膠粉3g
(和10ml室温水先拌匀, 再以熱水座熔備用)
4. 三温糖25g
5. 淡忌廉100g
6. 抹茶粉3g
7. 紅荳泥3g
造法:
1. 先把消化餅以木棍壓碎
和牛油拌匀後放在蛋糕圈做餅底備用
2. 用一個小器皿把綠茶和10ml温水拌勻備用
3. 以另一個大器皿將三温糖與淡忌廉打至企身
4. 加入抹茶溶液及魚膠粉溶液後
全部拌匀後倒入餅底面
5. 放入雪櫃冷藏2小時
6. 脫模後再以紅荳泥或薄荷葉作點綴即成♡
不做餅底, 直接注入瓶裡变為慕斯杯
